How do I activate my Visa debit card?
To activate your Visa Debit Card, please call 1-855-253-1057 (U.S.) and follow the steps below:
- Enter the 16-digit card number and press the “#” key.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your U.S. Social Security Number. If you do not have an U.S. Social Security Number, please enter “5436” (if "5436" does not work, please try "9999"), then press the “#” key.
- Enter your birth month and year in MM/YY format and press the “#” key. (For example: 1955/01/19, enter 0155#)
- Enter the card security code. The 3 digits on the back of your card next to the signature panel.
- Enter a 4-digit PIN number that you would like to set on the card. Then, re-enter the same PIN to confirm and complete the activation process.
