How do I transfer assets from a Transfer Agent to Firstrade?

A signed DRS Request Form and a copy of the most recent statement are needed when transferring assets from a transfer agent account to a brokerage account. Please note that there is a $215 DRS fee per stock charged by our clearing firm APEX, plus any possible transfer agent fee ranging from $0-$150 per request. A cash balance of $215 or higher is required to process a DRS transfer request.
