How do I update my email address in paperless settings?

In order to avoid any interruptions in your paperless enrollment, you must update your email address within the E-Documents page.

  1. Login to your Firstrade account.
  2. Go to Accounts > E-Documents.
  3. Select your account from the dropdown list and click Change Email
  4. If you have more than one account, repeat the above steps for each account.

Finally, if you also want to use your new email address for other correspondence with Firstrade, please update it in your Account Profile.
