How do I manage my paperless settings?

All Firstrade accounts are automatically enrolled into paperless settings and enjoy the convenience of retrieving documents on demand while reducing paper clutter. Statements and confirmations are always available and accessible from within your Firstrade account.

If your account is not automatically enrolled, you can update your paperless settings:

  1. Login to your Firstrade account.
  2. Go to Accounts > E-Documents.
  3. Click on Enroll in E-Delivery.

Enrollment in paperless settings waives the $5 monthly paper statement fee and $2 paper trade confirmation fee.
